Acceptance
By accessing this website or using an AxleIQ product, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms presented to you. If you use a product for an agency, company, fleet, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Professional judgment and compliance
AxleIQ software is a documentation and workflow tool. It does not replace professional training, legal judgment, agency policy, vehicle-maintenance responsibility, or applicable federal, state, and local law. Users remain responsible for reviewing entries, calculations, reports, and decisions before relying on them.
Permitted use
You may use AxleIQ only for lawful, authorized purposes. You may not interfere with product security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it, introduce harmful code, misuse another person’s account, or use the service to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Accounts and records
You are responsible for account credentials, the accuracy of information submitted, obtaining any required permissions or consent, and maintaining appropriate copies of records when required by your organization or law. Availability, storage, and synchronization features may depend on device, connectivity, configuration, and third-party services.
Intellectual property
AxleIQ and its product names, logos, website content, software, designs, and related materials are owned by AxleIQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms grant only the limited right to use the website and products as intended.
Beta and pre-release features
Beta, preview, and pre-release features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or be discontinued. They are provided for evaluation and feedback and should not be treated as the sole system of record unless AxleIQ expressly states otherwise.
Availability and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” AxleIQ disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AxleIQ does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxleIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the website or products.
Changes, termination, and contact
